1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Awakened Superhuman Kids application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the App.

These Terms apply to all users of the App, including parents, guardians, and children who access the App under parental supervision. By creating an account and setting up child profiles, you represent that you are the parent or legal guardian of the children who will use the App, and you consent to their use of the App under these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account on the App. The App is designed for children to use under the supervision of a parent or guardian. Children cannot create accounts independently.

By creating child profiles, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian of each child and that you consent to their use of the App's features, including age-appropriate community participation.

3. Accounts and Child Profiles

When you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You are also responsible for all child profiles created under your account.

• You may create multiple child profiles under a single parent account.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of information provided in child profiles.
• You may modify or delete child profiles at any time through Parent Settings.
• You are responsible for setting appropriate screen time limits and community controls for your children.
• You must notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Free Tier

The App offers a free tier that includes access to the Reel Discovery Quiz, basic Fog Check, select meditations (2 per Reel), limited games (2 per day), and basic avatar customization. The free tier is available to all registered users at no cost.

Premium Subscription

Billing and Renewal

• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled before the renewal date.
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card information.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Manage Subscription option in the App. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• We reserve the right to change subscription prices with reasonable notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing period.
• Pricing may be adjusted as the App evolves. Any changes will be communicated in advance.

Refunds

If you are unsatisfied with your subscription, you may request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or renewal. Refund requests should be directed to our support email. Refunds are processed through Stripe and may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose — supporting children's emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being. You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its systems
• Post or transmit harmful, threatening, abusive, or inappropriate content through community features
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality or other users' experience
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access or interact with the App
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the App
• Allow children to use the App without appropriate parental supervision

6. Community Guidelines

Our App includes age-appropriate community features designed to be safe spaces for children. All community content is subject to the following guidelines:

• Little Awakened (6 & Under): View-only access to a celebration wall. Children in this tier cannot post or interact with text content.
• Awakened Academy (7-12): Moderated posting with pre-written prompts and filtered text. All posts are reviewed by automated safety systems.
• Young Superhumans (13+): Moderated discussion with AI-powered content filtering. Posts that violate community standards are automatically flagged or removed.

We reserve the right to remove any content and restrict access to community features for any user who violates these guidelines. Content that is reported by multiple users may be automatically hidden pending review.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App — including but not limited to the Reel system, character artwork, meditation scripts, game designs, educational content, the "Awakened Superhuman" brand, and all associated trademarks — are the exclusive property of Awakened Superhuman Kids and its licensors.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App or its content without our prior written consent. You may not use our trademarks, logos, or brand elements without explicit permission.

8. Content Disclaimer

The App provides educational and wellness content designed to support children's emotional and spiritual development. This content is intended for informational and personal growth purposes only and should not be considered a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice.

If your child is experiencing mental health challenges, emotional distress, or behavioral concerns, we encourage you to consult with a qualified healthcare professional. The Fog Check feature and emotional tools are designed to promote self-awareness and are not diagnostic instruments.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AWAKENED SUPERHUMAN KIDS AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Warranty Disclaimer

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

11. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, or is otherwise objectionable.

Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. If you have an active subscription, cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution provisions.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes by posting a notice within the App. Your continued use of the App after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree with the modified Terms, you should discontinue use of the App.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect.
